The origins of how it all started

It started with a joke between four of us during the filming of a Maltese drama – iċ-Ċaqqufa on Saturday 26th October 2013. Moving forward, we didn’t just want to be any old band. Nope! We set out to be Malta’s roaming music masters; think marching band but with that extra oomph that makes people stop and groove wherever they are. We took Malta’s traditional tunes and gave them a modern, crowd-pulling twist. And we’ve been vibing ever since.

From weddings to corporate events, we’re the life of the party!

From intimate weddings where we sneak in as wedding crashers (no, really, we do!) To big-time corporate gigs and family get-togethers, Tikka Banda has been making every moment unforgettable. Got a small budget? We have got you covered with smaller, interactive setups that will still have people talking about your event for ages. But don’t get it twisted, we still thrive at those huge roaming performances with upbeat, crowd-pleasing tunes that give festival vibes wherever we go.

Fresh branding, same electrifying energy!

Our new look have changed over the years (peep our sleek new logo), but our energy? Still unmatched. We are all about that new-school-meets-old-school vibe. We kept our roots in Malta’s festa traditions but gave them a remix. Think heritage, but make it hype.
